1. Introduction

1.1 Applicability

This policy applies to all clients availing any domestic help services provided by Maidvy (operated by Logibyte Technologies), regardless of service duration or category.

1.2 Focus On Service Continuity

Our primary focus is to ensure smooth and uninterrupted domestic help services. Instead of refunds, Maidvy provides a Replacement Guarantee that allows clients to receive a suitable replacement maid if the initially deployed staff resigns or is found unsuitable.

1.3 No Refund Policy

Refunds are not applicable under any circumstances, whether:

  • Before Maid Deployment (e.g., post-booking or profile sharing)
  • After Maid Deployment (e.g., in case of dissatisfaction or maid resignation)

All bookings are non-refundable, and service continuity is maintained exclusively through our replacement process.

2. Nature Of Our Services

Maidvy provides a wide range of professional domestic help services, including but not limited to:

All-Rounder Maids

For household cleaning, maintenance, and daily chores.

Live-In Maids (24x7)

For full-time domestic assistance with accommodation.

Baby Caretakers And Japa Maids

For newborn care, postnatal support, and mother care.

Patient Care And Elderly Assistance

For basic caregiving, mobility support, and companionship.

Cooking Maids

For meal preparation, kitchen management, and dietary assistance.

On-Demand Or Short-Term Maids

For temporary or emergency household support.

2.2 Client Responsibilities

To ensure efficient service and proper replacements, clients are expected to:

Provide Accurate Requirements

Share correct details about household size, tasks, work hours, and preferences

Supervise And Manage The Maid

Daily supervision, task allocation, and basic management

Notify Maidvy Of Issues

Communicate any dissatisfaction or concerns immediately

3. Replacement Policy

Maidvy is committed to ensuring uninterrupted domestic help services through its Guaranteed Replacement Policy. This ensures that clients continue to receive reliable support in the event of maid resignation, unsuitability, or performance issues.

3.1 Eligibility for Replacement

A client is eligible to request a replacement under the following conditions:

  • The maid resigns or discontinues the service for any reason not caused by the client.
  • The maid is unsuitable for the assigned household tasks or does not meet the service expectations.
  • Performance or compatibility issues are reported promptly to Maidvy by the client.

3.2 Replacement Process

To ensure a smooth and timely replacement, the following steps apply:

The client must inform Maidvy immediately regarding the need for a replacement.

A new maid profile will be shortlisted and shared within 2–4 working days, subject to availability.

The client is entitled to replacements strictly as per the number specified in their active service contract.

3.3 Replacement Not Applicable If

Replacements will not be provided under the following circumstances:

Maid Resigns Due to Client Actions

Harassment, unsafe conditions, or delayed salary payments by the client.

Direct Hiring Outside Maidvy

Client directly hires the maid outside the Maidvy platform.

Tasks Beyond Agreed Scope

Maid is assigned tasks outside the agreed service scope.

All Replacements Used

Client has already utilized all the replacements allowed under the contract.

4. Refund Policy

Maidvy operates with a strict no-refund policy. All service bookings and payments made are final and non-refundable, as our commitment focuses on service continuity and guaranteed replacements rather than refunds.

4.1 Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are not applicable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Service Cancellation

Before or after maid deployment

Client Dissatisfaction

After maid deployment

Mid-Service Termination

By the client before contract expires

Non-Utilization of Service

Despite booking

4.2 Mandatory Replacement Utilization

  • All payments made are strictly non-refundable.
  • Clients are expected to use the Guaranteed Replacement Policy for continued service support and to address performance or availability concerns.

5. Service Cancellation

5.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation

  • Clients may terminate the service at their discretion, but no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

5.2 Continuation Of Replacements

  • Even if the client chooses to cancel, replacements will continue as per the active service contract, up to the contract's expiry date.
  • After contract expiration, no further replacements or services will be provided unless a new contract is signed.

6. Dispute Resolution

6.1 Amicable Resolution

Maidvy strives to resolve all service-related concerns amicably through our dedicated support team. Clients are encouraged to report issues promptly to ensure swift action and seamless service continuity.

6.2 Legal Jurisdiction

  • If a resolution cannot be reached through mutual discussion, the matter will be governed by the laws of India
  • Exclusive Jurisdiction for any dispute will rest with the Courts located in Dwarka, New Delhi.
